Giuseppe's of Augusta now expanding with Partnerships or Licensing in the surrounding areas and southeast. Several ways this can work. Can convert existing restaurant or new location. The requirements for the partner or licensee are 5 plus years in high volume restaurant, able to build a team, proven track record in management or ownership.
Partnership
You would be the operating partner of the restaurant which means, you would bring some cash and more sweat equity. The cash is negotiable depending on restaurant site etc.
Licensee
This option is a lot less than being a franchisee (about half). You would buy or lease your restaurant. You would pay 25,000 for each store plus 3% in sales and possible 3% in advertising if needed. The right location and service would be high volume with little or no advertising needed. In return you would get the training and systems to be a successful restaurant owner.
With continual support and training this a good option.
